This policy explains what information the Pawspital game ("the App", "we", "us") collects, why, how it is used and shared, and the choices you have. It applies to every version of the App published by Calamary Game during the validity period above.

1. SUMMARY

• Pawspital is a single-player game. No account, e-mail, name or password is required to play.

• Your game progress is stored only on your device.

• The App uses Google Firebase (analytics and crash reporting), Google AdMob (rewarded ads) and the Apple App Store / Google Play (in-app purchases). These services collect technical and usage data described below.

• On iOS the App asks for permission before using the advertising identifier. You can decline; the game works the same.

2. DATA WE COLLECT AND WHY

a) Anonymous identifiers

   • Firebase app-instance ID and Crashlytics installation ID (random values generated on your device).

   • A random "install ID" generated by the App when it first starts, used only to match a purchase record to a support request.

   • The advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, GAID on Android) — only if you allow tracking on iOS or personalised ads on Android.

   Purpose: measure how the App is used, detect crashes, show and measure ads, resolve purchase problems.

b) Usage data

   • Which screens you open, tutorial steps completed, clinic rank reached, virtual-currency (gems) earned and spent, purchases started/completed/cancelled, ads requested and watched, language and settings changes, session start/length.

   • Device model, operating system version, app version, language, country/region (derived from IP address at the time of the request; the IP address itself is not stored by us).

   Purpose: understand where players get stuck, balance the game, improve stability. Legal basis (EU/UK GDPR, Turkish KVKK): our legitimate interest in operating and improving the App.

c) Advertising data

   • Ad requests, impressions, clicks and ad-interaction events processed by Google AdMob, together with device information and, with your consent, the advertising identifier.

   Purpose: show rewarded ads that keep the App free and measure their performance. Legal basis: consent (personalised ads); legitimate interest (non-personalised ads).

d) Crash and performance data

   • Crash logs, stack traces, device state (memory, OS version, orientation), app version, timestamp; processed by Firebase Crashlytics.

   Purpose: find and fix bugs. Legal basis: legitimate interest.

e) Purchase records

   • For every in-app purchase attempt: product identifier, pack name, price and currency, platform, result (completed, cancelled, failed, pending), error code, timestamps, install ID. Stored in Google Cloud Firestore.

   Purpose: honour purchases that did not arrive, answer refund and support requests. Legal basis: performance of the contract with you.

   Payments themselves are processed entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We never receive your card number, billing address or account password.

3. DATA WE DO NOT COLLECT

Name, e-mail address (unless you write to us), phone number, contacts, photos, microphone or camera, precise location, health or financial information, or content you create. The App has no chat, no friend list and no user-generated content.

4. HOW DATA IS COLLECTED

Data is collected automatically through these software components:

   • Google Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, Cloud Firestore — https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy

   • Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK) and the Google User Messaging Platform (consent) — https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads

   • Apple StoreKit / Google Play Billing (in-app purchases) — https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy , https://policies.google.com/privacy

These providers act as our processors or, for advertising, as independent controllers under their own privacy policies. They may process data on servers outside your country (including the United States and the European Union) under safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

5. ADVERTISING, TRACKING AND YOUR CHOICES

• Rewarded ads are shown only when you tap a button labelled "Watch ad". There are no interstitial or forced ads.

• iOS: before the first ad the App displays the App Tracking Transparency prompt. If you choose "Ask App Not to Track", ads are still shown but are not personalised and the advertising identifier is not shared. You can change this any time in Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking.

• Android: you can turn off personalised ads and reset your advertising ID in Settings › Google › Ads.

• EU/UK: a consent form (Google User Messaging Platform) is shown before ads. You may withdraw or change your consent by reopening the form; it is also offered again after a period.

• Analytics cannot be switched off inside the App, but it never contains data that identifies you by name.

6. IN-APP PURCHASES

Gems and packs are purchased through your Apple or Google account. Prices, taxes, receipts and refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their terms. Purchases are non-personal virtual items; see the Terms of Use for details. Restore Purchases in the App re-delivers non-consumable items linked to your store account.

7. STORAGE AND RETENTION

• Game progress: on your device only. It is deleted when you uninstall the App or use Settings › Reset data. We cannot recover it.

• Analytics data: retained by Firebase for up to 14 months; aggregated statistics may be kept longer.

• Crash data: 90 days.

• Purchase records: up to 3 years after the purchase (to handle disputes and accounting), then deleted or anonymised.

• Advertising data: according to Google's retention policies.

8. YOUR RIGHTS

Depending on where you live (EU/EEA and UK GDPR, Turkish KVKK Law No. 6698, California CCPA/CPRA and similar laws) you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal data, to object to or restrict processing, to withdraw consent, and to complain to a supervisory authority (in Türkiye: Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu; in the EU: your national data-protection authority).

Because the App does not know who you are, please tell us the approximate date of your purchase or the ad/consent event you are asking about so we can locate the relevant records. Write to burhankarakurt3@gmail.com; we answer within 30 days. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for automated decisions with legal effects.

9. CHILDREN

Pawspital is a general-audience game and is not directed at children under 13 (or the age of digital consent in your country, e.g. 16 in parts of the EU). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided personal data through the App, contact us and we will delete it. In-app purchases can be restricted with the parental controls of iOS (Screen Time) and Google Play.

10. SECURITY

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and stored on Google Cloud infrastructure with access limited to the developer. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this policy when the App or the law changes. The current version is always available at the address where this text is published; the effective date at the top tells you when it was last changed. Material changes will also be announced inside the App. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated policy.
