STORMWEB — TERMS OF USE (END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT)

Please read these terms before playing. By downloading, installing or using Stormweb ("the App") you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. WHO CAN USE THE APP

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the App. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must have reviewed and agreed to these terms and is responsible for any purchases made on their account.

2. LICENSE

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play the App on devices you own or control, for your private, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these terms and to the rules of the app store you downloaded it from. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

3. VIRTUAL ITEMS AND PACKS

• Charge, Thunder, storm upgrades, Storm-tree nodes, skins, badges, journal lines and all other in-game items ("Virtual Items") are licensed to you, not sold. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money or anything of value outside the App, and cannot be transferred or sold to another person.

• We may add, change, rebalance, limit or remove Virtual Items and game rules at any time to keep the game fair and enjoyable. Virtual Items obtained free of charge (badge rewards, Calm, offline Thunder, rewarded ads) can be adjusted without notice.

• Virtual Items are not refundable except where required by law or by the refund policy of Apple or Google. If you believe a purchase was not delivered, contact us first — we can usually restore it.

4. IN-APP PURCHASES

• Purchases are made through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms, prices and refund rules. Prices are shown in your local currency before you confirm. Taxes may be added by the store.

• All four in-app products (Founder Pack, Salt & Iron, Drafting, Answer) are non-consumable: they are bought once and can be re-delivered on the same store account with Restore Purchases. The Founder Pack removes ads, grants every rewarded bonus automatically, the Plasma skin and +500 Thunder. Cosmetic packs contain skins and visual extras only; no gameplay power is sold.

• We do not process payments and do not see your payment details. Billing questions and refund requests should be directed to Apple or Google; questions about missing items to burhankarakurt3@gmail.com.

5. ADVERTISING

The App shows rewarded video ads provided by Google AdMob only when you choose to watch one. Ads are optional; declining never blocks gameplay. Advertisers and ad networks are third parties; we are not responsible for their content or for products they promote. Ads may be personalised only with your consent (see the Privacy Policy).

6. GAME PROGRESS

Your progress is saved on your device. Uninstalling the App, resetting data, changing device or deleting the App's storage will erase it, and we may be unable to restore it. We are not liable for lost progress or Virtual Items caused by device changes, data loss, or your own actions.

7. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to: modify, decompile, reverse-engineer or create derivative works of the App; use cheats, bots, exploits, time manipulation or third-party tools to gain an unfair advantage; interfere with the App's services or other players; use the App for any unlawful purpose; or remove any proprietary notices. We may investigate suspected violations and reset progress, remove Virtual Items or terminate your license.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The App, including its name, logo, characters, artwork, animations, text, code and design, is owned by Calamary Game or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You may share screenshots and videos of your gameplay for personal, non-commercial purposes with attribution to Stormweb.

9. UPDATES, AVAILABILITY AND CHANGES

We may update, modify, suspend or discontinue the App or any feature at any time, including changes to game balance, content and prices of future purchases. Some updates may be required to keep playing. We do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times or on all devices, or that it will be maintained for any particular period.

10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Calamary Game and Burhan Karakurt are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, progress, Virtual Items or profits, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the amount you paid us for in-app purchases in the twelve months before the claim, or 50 EUR, whichever is higher. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.

12. TERMINATION

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it. We may terminate or suspend your license if you breach these terms. Sections 3, 8, 10, 11, 13 and 14 survive termination.

13. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes are subject to the courts and consumer arbitration committees of Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live. We will try to resolve any issue informally first — please write to us before taking legal action.

14. ADDITIONAL TERMS FOR APPLE USERS

If you obtained the App from the Apple App Store, the following also applies: (a) these terms are between you and Calamary Game only, not Apple, and Calamary Game is solely responsible for the App and its content; (b) Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support; (c) in the event of any failure of the App to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price of the App, if any; to the maximum extent permitted by law Apple has no other warranty obligation; (d) Calamary Game, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App, including product-liability claims, legal or regulatory compliance and consumer-protection claims; (e) Calamary Game is responsible for the investigation, defence and settlement of any third-party claim that the App infringes intellectual-property rights; (f) you represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo and are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties; (g) you must comply with applicable third-party terms when using the App; (h) Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

15. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may revise these terms; the current version is always available at the address where this text is published, with the effective date at the top. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
